Here are some key points from the training for your quick reference:

  1. Always wear seatbelt while driving, irrespective of your position in the vehicle.
  2. Essential PPE for a 2 wheeler ride includes Helmet, Shoes & Reflective Clothing.
  3. Never use mobile phone including hands-free, bluetooth etc. while driving / riding.
  4. Never drive or ride under the influence of alcohol or illegal substance.
  5. Do not exceed speed limit while driving / riding.
  6. The three types of road signs include Mandatory, Cautionary and Informatory.
  7. Maintain a ‘3 second distance’ from the vehicle in front of you.
  8. While braking, use a balanced combination of back & front braking.
  9. Never initiate, encourage or participate in road rage.
  10. Never take safety for granted, expect the unexpected.
